All Labor is 4 Hours Minimum, anything over 4 hrs requires a half hour lunch break.
6 to 10 hrs requires a half hour lunch with 2- 15 minute breaks scheduled before and after lunch.
Anything over 10 Hours is time and a half per hour, Monday thru Saturday, (not including holidays.)
Sundays and Holidays are Double time with the same lunch and break requirements.
Techs traveling more then 25 Miles must be compensated for travel time and fuel costs which will be determined on a quote by quote basis.
Technicians who travel more then 2 hrs or 75 miles must be offered hotel and lodging accomidations, perdium, fuel reinbursments and hourly travel wages.
